(the "Telio" or "we").
Preamble:
Telio is part of the Telio group. The Telio Group is a worldwide provider of telephony, TV and multimedia services to inmates and inmates in the field of mass control and psychiatric hospitals.
Telio's website is aimed at those resident in France who wish to assist persons affected by the infringement.
In order to speed up payments to inmates' telio user accounts, Telio provides the option to use Avisio's service to loved ones and other persons who wish to support and maintain contact with an inmates/inmates.
This allows users to easily pay into their account with the telio account number of the individual inmates/inmates and thus have funds credited to their Telio user account.
To ensure proper use, the following conditions apply:
1st General
1.1. Telio provides the following services:
1.1.1 Telio Group Offerings
Telio's services, and therefore Telio's services in the area of telephony, TV and multimedia services for inmates and inmates in the field of mass makeup and psychiatric hospitals, are dependent on agreements with authorities and authorizations. 1.1.2. Telio User Account Credit Memo
Telio can be used to make payments to a Telio user account by inmates or housed persons. The payments will be credited to the Telio user account as credit, which will allow the user of the beneficiary Telio user account to use the respective benefits in the respective institution.
To do this, you must specify the Telio account number and select the appropriate amount to credit to the Telio user account. Individual payments are limited to a maximum of EUR 999.00. Multiple payments are possible.
Personal registration on Avisio is not required to use Avisio.
1.1.3. Cost
Charge credit to a Telio user account using Avisio services.
The cost is a payment for the service provided by Avisio, regardless of the payment method.
All payments to user accounts are not automated by individual allocation by Telio service personnel. This is a service for which a fee may be charged.

1.2. Your personal information
Telio is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn what we do to protect your privacy and to what extent we may use and process it.

Without Telio's prior written consent, you may not assign or assign any rights and/or obligations to any third party based on these Terms of Use.
Telio reserves the right to transfer or assign contract relationships or rights and obligations arising out of contractual relationships with you to companies within the Telio Group without your express consent. Telio is also entitled to provide your services by acquiring companies within the Telio Group or third parties.
1.4. Notices from Telio to You

We make these Terms of Use available to you in German - German is the contract language. The other versions of these Terms of Use are for convenience only. In general, we will communicate with you in German. communication is also possible in English at your request.

You agree that Telio may contact you or notify you by:

You may obtain your consent electronically by notifying Telio as set forth in Section 1.5. revoked. However, in this case, Telio reserves the right to close your user account (if any).

1.6. Changes to these Terms of Use
Changes to these Terms of Use will be posted to the Web site by Telio 14 days prior to the change.
If you have set up a user account to send email to inmates/inmates, your consent to these changes will be deemed to have been granted if you did not see your rejection before the proposed time when the changes would take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate the change without notice and at no charge before the proposed date.
All other users have only the option of knowing. You cannot refuse the Terms of Use with any right to cancel your account, and your payments will always be repaid in individual cases and again at the same time in accordance with the then current Terms of Use.
In addition, we will post the revised Terms of Use on the Telio website.
Other agreements with Telio will be modified in accordance with the rules applicable to such agreements.
If we just introduce a new service or functionality or make changes that do not affect your existing rights and obligations, we can do so unilaterally and without notice.
7/1 Enrollment Requirements
If the possibility is opened by Telio, you can only register with Telio for the opening of an Avisio account if you are of age and do not act on behalf of or on behalf of a third party.
2nd Written consent, availability, and disclaimer
2.1. Written consent
Any use of Avisio's content other than those terms and conditions requires Telio's prior written consent.
2.2. Availability
User acknowledges that 100% availability of Avisio services is technically impossible.
Telio endeavors to keep Avisio available as constantly as possible. In particular, maintenance, security or capacity concerns as well as events which are not within Telio's power range, such as disruptions to public communications networks, power outages, etc., can lead to momentary disruptions or the temporary cessation of Avisio's services.
2.3. Disclaimer of liability for Avisio contract and credit charge errors
Telio provides the user with a platform to take advantage of the services offered and only provides technical applications to this end which enable use under applicable laws.
Telio will not participate in the communication of users with the inmates. If users enter into contracts with inmates via Avisio, Telio will not be involved in this and will therefore in no case become a contracting partner.
Telio shall not be liable if Avisio does not establish contact between the users and inmates/inmates involved in such an agreement. Furthermore, Telio shall not be liable for any breach of the obligations of the users and/or inmates/inmates arising out of the agreements concluded between them.
Telio will immediately credit any funds to a Telio user account to be allocated via Avisio to the designated Telio user account as credits in the internal usage system, with payment services provided by external payment service providers. The inmate of the relevant Telio user account is solely entitled to take advantage of the Telio group's offerings in the scope of the credit. The Telio user accounts will be billed exclusively and only to the relevant inmates/inmates, and any claims by users of Avisio regarding the offerings of the Telio Group in the relevant facility will be excluded. Telio assumes no liability for Avisio's user input errors or for any action, action or omission of inmates/inmates with respect to the Telio user account. In particular, Telio does not guarantee that the Telio user account specified as part of the credit is assigned internally to the inmate for whom the credit is to be given. The user is solely and solely responsible for providing the correct Telio user account when using the services of Avisio.
3rd registration, registration assurances
3.1. Registration
Telio reserves the right to make use of any part or all Telio services subject to a prior registration, subject to the prior notice period.
The User warrants that all data provided by the User upon registration will be true and complete. The user is required to promptly notify Telio of any changes to his/her user data. The official name is to be used. Use of pseudonyms or artist names is expressly prohibited. Any breach of this obligation may result in immediate, uninterrupted termination of the user's relationship and the deletion of all stored data, files, e-mails and all information held by the user in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
Each user may only register once and create only one user profile. In the event of a breach of this provision, Telio reserves the right to immediately and without notice to terminate the user's relationship and to delete all data, files, e-mails and all information held by such user, in accordance with legal retention periods.
The user warrants that he is of age at the time of registration.
3.2. Password
At the time of registration, the user should choose a password. He is obliged to keep his password secret. Telio will not pass the password on to third parties.
3.3. Contract Close
In the case of credit without prior registration, the contract will be closed by clicking the "Pay In" button on the web page.
In the case of registration, the Agreement shall be as follows: By completing the registration process, the user will make an offer to conclude the contract for the use of Avisio's services. Telio accepts this offer by unlocking the user for the services of Avisio. This acceptance of the Agreement shall result between the User and Telio.
3.4. No guarantee of correct identity
Telio cannot technically determine with certainty whether a user or inmate/subordinate enrolled in the avisio is actually the person who claims to be the user or inmate/submitter. Therefore, Telio does not guarantee the actual identity of a user and/or inmates/inmates. Therefore, each user or inmate/inmate must convince himself of the identity of an inmate/inmate or user.
3.5. Credit Memos
Credit Memos can only be made in EURO.
4th Opportunities to credit and pay service fees
Credit to a user account using VISA, Mastercard, PayPal or Klarna. The use of these offers will be made by the user based on the contractual relationship with these third parties under their current terms. Telio shall not be liable for payment problems.
Payment of the Services Fee for the use of the Avisio Services will be made at the same time as the credit memo's bills/debits/payments.
No other payment options are available.
5th Payment orders for payments to other users
If your account cannot be deducted due to insufficient funds or credit limit or other bank transfer privileges, we are not obligated to make credit memos.
Telio is not obligated to accept installments. Partial payments may be credited at Telio's sole discretion.
6th Contract term and closing of account
In the case of credit without registration, your relationship with Telio will begin by clicking on the "Deposit" button as shown above and end with the credit on the Telio user account specified by you.
If registered, your relationship with Telio will begin on the day you successfully opened your Telio account and will take an indefinite time.
The contract relationship ends when your Telio account is closed for whatever reason.
You may cancel your Avisio account at any time by writing or e-mail with a 4 (4) week limit.

We may terminate and close your Avisio account at any time with a four-week period. In addition, we can terminate and close your Avisio account without notice
- if you violate any of these Terms of Use and/or we are authorized to close the Avisio account under these Terms of Use,
- if you have not logged into your Avisio account for 6 months or
- if we have reasonable suspicion that your Avisio account has been accessed without your authorization
If we choose to cancel and close your Avisio account, we will notify you and, where possible and appropriate, provide you with the reasons for your Avisio account termination and closure.
When you cancel and close your Avisio account
- we will cancel all outstanding credit
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate your use of the Telio Services or any software, web sites or systems (including any network connections and servers used to provide the Telio Services) operated by us or our service providers.
- remain responsible for all outstanding obligations under these Terms of Use in connection with your Avisio account prior to closing the Avisio account,
- in the event of a close of the Avisio account, no rebate will be granted to any remaining funds on the Avisio account;
- we keep your account information in our databases to meet our legal requirements,

7th Forbidden activities
7.1. Forbidden activities
The following activities are prohibited in connection with the use of the Telio Services:
7.1.1. Violation of these Terms of Use, any other policy or other agreement you have entered into with Telio that you have accepted or have noted;
7.1.2. Infringement of any applicable law, contract or regulation (e.g. financial services, money laundering, consumer protection, competition law, protection against discrimination or misleading advertising);
7.1.3. infringement of any Telio or third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, other intellectual property right or personal right;
7.1.4. Behavior in obscene, defamatory, defamatory, threatening or harassing manner;
7.1.5. Incorrect, incorrect or misleading data;
7.1.6. Refused to provide us with information about yourself or your business that we can reasonably request from you;
7.1.7. Receive or send payments where there is legitimate reason to believe the money originates from fraudulent or other prohibited activities;
7.1.8. Refuse to cooperate in checking an account or confirming your identity or other information to us.
7.1.9. an action or attempt to take an action that could lead to unjust enrichment;
Oct. 7 Obfuscate your identity by using a proxy server or a mailbox address as your address;
Nov. 7 Support an account of an inmate/inmate involved in prohibited activities.
Dec. 7 use of the Telio Services in a manner that Telio, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal or a bank may consider to be an abuse of the credit or credit card system or a breach of the credit card company's rules;
1/7/13th Performing activities that pose a risk of default or fraud will lead to a sudden rise in risk or to an increase or otherwise a detrimental risk level (provided that Telio reasonably expects to be able to do so on the basis of the information available);
1/7/14th Send unsolicited e-mail (spam) to an inmate/inmate or use the Telio services to receive or assist in receiving payments for sending spam;
1/7/15th taking actions that create an unacceptable or disproportionate burden on the Telio Services, our technical infrastructure, our website(s), our software or our systems (including any network connections and servers used to provide Telio Services), whether performed by us or by our service providers;
1/7/16th Enable (including an experiment) the intrusion of viruses, Trojans, malware, worms or other program processes that damage, interfere with, misuse, interfere with, secretly intercept, destroy or override (or inadvertently ) systems, data, information or Telio Services;
1/7/17th Use of an automatic apparatus (e.g. Robot or Spider) or mechanical or manual method for monitoring or reproducing the Telio website(s) without our prior written consent;
1/7/18th Use of a device, software or program to bypass robot exclusion headers or to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the use of Telio website(s), our software, our systems (including all network connections and servers used to provide Telio services, whether provided by us or our service providers) or any Telio services or use of Telio services by other users;
1/7/19th Reproduction, replica, distribution to third parties, modification, redesign, publication or creation of derivative content of the Telio website(s) without the written consent of us or any authorized third party;
1/7/20th Passing your password to a third party or using another user's password. We are not responsible for any loss due to, for example, the use of your Telio account by a third party or the misuse of your password.
1/7/21st Take or refrain from actions (including the experiment) that could disrupt the proper operation of the Telio Services;
7.1.22nd Use of the Telio Services in a manner that exposes Telio to the risk of counteracting the obligations of the anti-terrorist financing or money laundering or similar regulatory requirements
7.2. Safety Precautions
To protect yourself, follow these basic security precautions:
7.2.1 Do not participate in prohibited activities as set forth in Section 1.;
7.2.2 Keep your payment sources, passwords, and PIN secure;
7.2.3 Do not allow anyone to access or use your payment sources, password or PIN;
7.2.4 Don't write your password or PIN down for others to read;
7.2.5 Do not choose a password or PIN that is easy to remember, but easy to guess, by a specific sequence of numbers or letters;
7.2.6 Make sure no one can see your passwords or PIN as you type;
7.2.7 Make sure you are signed out of all your payment-related applications on your device if you do not use it to access the Visio services and/or allow third parties to access your device (for example, if you share your device with others or use your device over potentially unsecure public Internet connections such as free public WLAN networks);
7.2.8 Avoid using features that store your passwords or PIN on your device:
7.2.9 Consider any other information from your bank or the payment service provider you use to safely handle your payment instrument;
7.2.10 Keep your personal information up to date in your Visio account. We may not be able to respond to you if you have questions about your Avisio account from an address, phone number or email address that is not registered with us.
7.2.11 Take all reasonable steps to protect the device from which you are accessing the Avisio services (such as using PIN or other password-protected access restrictions).
8th Your liability
8.1. Failed Deposits
In the event of a reversal, you, as a user, are responsible for any fees incurred as a result of your inadvertent or non-compliance with the terms of your bank institution.
You are obliged to replace Telio's expenses in the above cases.
8.2. Telio's actions
If we suspect you are against any of the prohibitions in Section 6. or have violated any other obligations under these Terms of Use, including but not limited to:
8.2.1 We can block your Avisio account
8.2.2 Reject the execution of a specific credit. Upon request, we will inform you of the rejection, reason and possible remedies, unless prohibited by law;
8.2.3 Recovering a credit if a violation of the Usage Policy or Section 6. or we have reasonable suspicion of doing so;
8.2.4 Contact us for more information or otherwise correct any incorrect information you have provided to us;
8.2.5 Prohibit continued use of the Avisio Services;
8.2.6 Require you to provide information and documents to verify your identity;
8.2.7 We may restrict, limit or terminate your access to the Avisio services, the Telio website(s), our software and systems (including any network connections and servers used to provide Telio services, whether provided by us or our service providers) and your data.
You may not use your payment instrument or your Avisio account if your right of use has been suspended or restricted and you will be liable for any fees or other liabilities arising from your use.
8.3. Limited Access
If we suspect that your Avisio account has been accessed without your consent, we may suspend or restrict access to your Avisio account or Telio services. If we restrict access to your Avisio account, we will notify you accordingly and give you the opportunity to request that unrestricted access be restored.
9th General Provisions
9.1 Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to these Terms of Use and the existing legal relationship. Unless otherwise required by law, all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website shall be governed by the exclusive forum at the seat of Telio.
9.2. No Waiver
Failure to respond to a breach or breach of duty by you or third parties shall not constitute a waiver of our right to take action in the event of subsequent or comparable violations.
9.3. Disclaimer of Warranty and Availability Limitations
We provide you with the Avisio services, our technical infrastructure, our website(s), our software and our systems (including all network connections and servers used to provide the Avisio services), which we or our service providers operate, and you have the legal rights with respect to this service. However, we do not make any express or implied warranties or warranties.
In addition, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, continuous and secure access to our services, technical infrastructure, website(s), software and systems (including all network connections and servers used to deliver the Avisio services), whether they are operated by us or our service providers. You further acknowledge that your access to our services, our technical infrastructure, our website(s), our software and our systems (including all network connections and servers used to provide the Visio Services), whether operated by us or our service providers, may occasionally be restricted to allow repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new features or services.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that payments to the inmates' telio user accounts are processed promptly.
You must carefully review all correspondence between us and notify us as soon as possible if you believe that an error has occurred or that the information does not meet your instructions.
If Telio does not provide parts of the Avisio Services for any reason, we will notify you with a 14-day notice prior to the termination of the deployment unless the termination of the deployment is due to contractual, legal, or regulatory obligations faster than 14 days, or there is a security risk, a risk of significant financial loss, or a disproportionate technical burden.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction with regard to your use of the Telio Services.
9.4. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Telio. If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, the remaining provisions shall be unaffected.
