Frequently asked questions

How can I join the video call?

Video call can be initiated only by your contacts. If your contact is calling you via video call, you will receive either an SMS or a notifier call (in case you do not have a mobile phone) with the link of the web address of the video call and your password. After the SMS message or the notifier call has been received, you have 5 minutes to join the video call. In the meantime your contact will be waiting for you.

You have to give your phone number (the same number you received the credentials to) in the following format: 003312345678 and the password that you have received via SMS message or via notifier call.

After you have logged in, push the green phone button to join the call.

My camera or microphone does not work

If you do not see yourself in the lower right corner of the video screen, your camera is possibly not working right. You can test your camera on the following link: https://webcammictest.com/

If your contact does not hear you well or does not hear you at all, there might be an issue with your microphone. You can test if your microphone is working right on the following page: https://webcammictest.com/check-microphone.html
